At a VERY young age he got bitten by the proverbial “entrepreneurial bug”, because of his Midwest family ran construction business. His work ethic was groomed early during the school months when he had a morning paper route, an evening job (Dairy Queen was cool!) and worked construction on the weekend.

Ted spent a decade with his friend, business partner and mentor Chet Holmes helping entrepreneurs master their business through implementation strategies and tactics resulting in significant positive impact. It is important to note Chet made sizable professional impact on his life and still does as an angel.

Through proximity with Tony Robbins via Business Breakthroughs Intl (businesses partnership with Tony and Chet), Tony made an equal impact on his life personally. The flagship division that he helped pioneer over 10 years ago with the late Chet Holmes (offering online interactive business mastery training sessions) experienced a mind-blowing 100% growth rate the last 3 years he was involved.

He has not kept this to himself, he has been actively sharing his “fast-growth” learning curve with his clients. Ted has hosted over 2,000 business mastery trainings sessions and worked with over 20,000 entrepreneurs from 24 different countries (and counting) to overcome their biggest challenges and get their business to where they really want it to be. He is constantly breaking down the barriers keeping people from reaching their ultimate visions of success.

It is worthy to note that there are no pedestals in his world, no stages. Simply getting into engagements, and professional development—all of which achieves beyond-simple results.
